I also tried importing a new image of kali downloaded from offensive security website. I updated Virtualbox to latest release as well as Virtualbox tools to latest. Today I logged into my kali instance on Virtualbox and noticed it extremely slow so much so that is is unusable. I have been running VirtualBox with kali guest for a few months with no issues. ![]()
